Scholarship programme

Our aim is to support people in striving for and achieving their goals and that is why DEA supports three petroleum engineering students a year from the universities of Clausthal, Freiberg and Leoben. Our support is centred on these students' engagement, ideas and personalities.

What the scholarship involves

  • Regular scholarship payments up to the conclusion of their normal period of study
  • Accompanying support through a specialist mentor
  • Practical experience of DEA´s business operations and challenges during internships at the company's German or international sites
  • Preparation of a topic for the final dissertation
  • Exchanges with scholars from other Group companies
  • Personal development through seminars
